Learning Outcomes

Ability to apply core HR knowledge, conceptual frameworks, and skills - in particular attracting, retaining, and developing employees - in a diverse, multi-cultural context.
2.
Apply an evidence-based approach to examining the effectiveness of the various options for managing an organisation’s workforce.
3.
Understand and apply the fundamental concepts and practices of delegation, performance management, leading change, as well as rewarding and engaging employees.
4.
Critically analyse and deal constructively with the challenges and opportunities of corporate social responsibility, ethical leadership, diversity, and cultural differences in international HR.
