Students will have access to a suite of industry-aligned courses that discuss the latest developments, techniques, tools, models and standards fundamental to strengthening the planning, management, response, recovery and ultimately, resilience in organisational cybersecurity. These courses incorporate industry insights and involve hands-on components that allow students to apply their learnings to solve real cybersecurity problems.
This specialisation will equip students with a holistic understanding and skillset on cybersecurity, enabling them to be well-prepared to serve the growing needs in the sector, and more importantly, contribute to creating a more secure, trusted and safe digital world to support today's digital economy.
Learning Outcomes

Effectively apply frameworks, knowledge, and techniques in relation cybersecurity, risk and privacy issues to manage and safeguard information systems assets against in the business context.

Critically evaluate and scope the business problems related to cybersecurity, technology risk and privacy in a business setting, and design and develop effective solutions through the critical application of risk management approaches.

Effectively present and communicate business insights and solutions informed by risk management frameworks, knowledge, and techniques.

Interact and collaborate effectively with others to develop customised solutions to address cybersecurity, technology risk and privacy issues for businesses.
5.
Identify and reflect on the ethical issues related to managing and safeguarding information assets, and develop responsible practices with respect to cybersecurity, technology risk and privacy issues for businesses.

Work effectively in diverse environments to craft appropriate cybersecurity solutions that recognise and respect the cultural norms, beliefs and values of others.
