The Master of Construction Project Management and Master of Property Development program offered at UNSW is designed to meet the needs of those who wish to work at the cutting edge of these changes and assemble a suite of courses that stretch their imaginations and capabilities in both construction and property industries. The program should appeal to people seeking careers in construction management, project management, design management, value management and international project management, development, investment and management of property and infrastructure and the professions that serve this industry. It also provides valuable education to those seeking a broader base to careers in architecture and landscape architecture, construction, engineering, urban planning and law. The program is offered over a minimum of six terms, leading to the award of the degree of Master of Construction Project Management and Master of Property Development.
