Students will gain a foundational understanding of AI concepts and their implications for managing themselves and others at work. The course covers topics such as harnessing AI in people management and business processes, the impact of AI on job roles and employment, the use of AI to manage organisational changes, strategies for using AI to achieve work-life balance, and the human resource, legal, ethical, and sustainability considerations of using AI in the workplace.  This course can be taken as a core elective in the Human Resource Management, International Business, and Strategy and Innovation specialisations. This course can also be taken as an elective in the Master of International Business Program.
