Students will gain a foundational understanding of AI concepts and their implications for managing themselves and others at work. The course covers topics such as harnessing AI in people management and business processes, the impact of AI on job roles and employment, the use of AI to manage organisational changes, strategies for using AI to achieve work-life balance, and the human resource, legal, ethical, and sustainability considerations of using AI in the workplace.
This course can be taken as a prescribed elective course in Human Resource Management, International Business, and Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship specialisations.
