Specialisation Structure
48 Units of Credit:

Students must complete 48 UOC.

Level 1 Core Course

Students must take 6 UOC of the following courses.

Please note: Students in single or combined Actuarial Studies degrees do not need to complete ECON1202 due to completion of MATH1151.

Students in Business degrees combined with Science, Advance Science (Hons), Advanced Math (Hons) will need to complete 2 Real Estate Studies major elective if the MATH equivalent of ECON1202 is completed under the Science degree.

Level 2 Core Courses

Students must take 24 UOC of the following courses.

Note: that BLDG4018 is treated as an UNSW Business School course for the purposes of requirement to complete 16 courses (96UOC) of Business courses within the Bachelor of Commerce.

Level 3 Core Courses
