Students must complete 60 UOC.
Introductory Language Core Courses
If you commence at Introductory Level you must take 12 UOC of the following courses.
Intermediate Language Core Courses
You must take 12 UOC of the following courses.
Advanced Language Courses
You can take up to a maximum of 12 UOC of the following courses.
Capstone Course
You must take 6 UOC of the following courses.
Spanish and Latin American Contextual Studies
You must take at least 18 UOC, up to a maximum of 48 UOC of the following courses.
If you commence the language studies sequence at Introductory B or Intermediate B you are required to take additional language or contextual studies courses to satisfy the required 60 UOC for the major.
Additional Information
Language Studies for Commencing Mid-Year Students
If your language skills are assessed as Level A in Introductory you cannot commence study until Term 1.
