Students must complete 192 UOC.
Bachelor of Commerce (96 UOC)
- Integrated First Year Courses (42 UOC) - 3784 students do not have to take COMM1110 as this requirement is satisfied in the Computer Science program
- myBCom (0 UOC)
- Commerce major (48UOC)
- Prescribed Work Integrated Learning Course (Requirement can be satisfied by taking a Computer Science or Commerce WIL course)
- Final Year Synthesis (0 - 6UOC)
- Business electives to make up to 96UOC Business School disciplinary requirement
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (96 UOC)
- A Computer Science major
Majors/Minors
- Students taking a combination of majors and/or minors that require both COMM1822 or INFS1603 and COMP3311 as core courses, should take only COMP3311, and replace COMM1822/INFS1603 with an additional major or minor elective.
- For any majors that require ECON1202, either MATH1131 or MATH1141 completed under the Computer Science component will act as substitute so student should not do ECON1202 but instead complete another Major elective to meet the 48UOC requirement.
- Students may choose to complete INFSG1 or INGFS2 Cybersecurity Management for the Commerce component, and must follow the rules listed in the handbook for INFSG1 and INFSG2 regarding the overlapping courses with the Computer Science degree.
