Double Degree Structure

Students must complete 192 UOC.

These UOC are made up of:

Commerce

  • Integrated First Year Courses (48 UOC)
  • myBCom
  • Commerce major*
  • Prescribed Work Integrated Learning Course
  • Final Year Synthesis

Information Systems

  • Business Core Courses (24 UOC) - these courses will be taken as part of the Commerce component
  • Information Systems Core (72 UOC)

Electives

When students complete the requirements of the Commerce and Information Systems components in less than 192 UOC due to courses shared across the rules, students must take electives to ensure a total of 192 UOC is completed. Students may use the electives in the Double-Degree to complete an optional major or minor as per the rules below.
