Overview

The Bachelor of Construction Management and Property is a three-year full-time (or equivalent part-time) program of study which students undertake to develop management skills within the construction and property industries. The program is geared to provide management-ready careers for men and women in the broad range of construction-related and property-related organisations. The program is offered over a minimum of six semesters, leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (BCMP).
