In addition to addressing common leadership misconceptions, the course provides practical tools and evidence-based practices. Students will develop critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations and cover essential topics such as team dynamics, change management, decision-making, and report writing. By applying systems thinking and adaptive strategies, students will gain foundational skills for managing teams and projects in Defence and other organisational contexts.
