This course will give you an introduction to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum and decentralised finance (DeFi). The course begins with a brief history of money before outlining the underlying cryptocurrency principles of blockchains. Prerequisite: FINS1612/FINS2618; OR {enrolled in Business Analytics Major (COMMJ1) and completed [COMM1180 or FINS1613 or (COMM1140 and ECON1102)]}
