You can apply for the Synthesis of Learning Experience if you are engaged in an approved activity which meets FYS criteria by providing a significant challenge in an interdisciplinary teamwork environment (ie the Peter Farrell Cup). This experience will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills gained over the duration of your program in addressing a complex contemporary business challenge. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your versatile communication skills, adaptability, self-management, and logical decision-making abilities in how you approach this challenge and apply your critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to your recommendations.  

Students who participate and complete significant extra-curricular projects including Peter Farrell Cup, can apply for 0 UoC FYS by enrolling in COMM3090.
