COMM3030 Social Entrepreneurship Practicum is a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) course designed to integrate theory with experiential practice and involve authentic and purposeful engagement with partner organisations. In each teaching session, projects may be offered from the following fields:  Social entrepreneurship and social innovation;Philanthropy;Impact investing;Business and human rights;Corporate social responsibility;Pro bono and volunteering;Measuring social impact;Collective impact;Social finance; andOther related fields.    

Conditions for Enrolment

• have completed a minimum of 48 UOC at the commencement of this course;
• have room in their degree for this course;
• are in good academic standing;
• have completed Career Accelerator Essentials module or COMM1999 First Year Portfolio (Business School students only)
This course may count as a Business School Free Elective, OR as a major elective within some schools. It is recommended a progression check is completed prior to enrolling.

Additional Enrolment Constraints
