The Pre-Business course will engage you in learning activities associated with the following business disciplines: Accounting; Business Finance; Business Law; People and Organisational Management; Economics; Information Systems and Marketing. There is a strong focus on the acquisition of the study and learning skills required to undertake Business studies at the university level. Students are also given opportunities to apply their learning through case studies, written and oral presentations and site visits.
Entry into the Indigenous Pre-Business course is based on a completed application form and an interview with staff from Nura Gili and the Australian School of Business. On successful completion of the course, measured through participation, assessments and a final interview, students may then be offered a place in a Business degree at UNSW.
