Overview

This course focuses on understanding, interpreting and documenting the structural design and construction techniques for a range of landscape architecture elements and site problems, such as earthworks, site drainage, constructed wetlands, retaining and free-standing walls, pavements, furnishings and small roads and structures. In parallel to this course and its prerequisite, LAND2271, all students are required to complete forty-five days of Industry Work Experience.   Work experience is managed by the Discipline Director for Landscape Architecture; details about the process are available to all students enrolled in the Landscape Architecture Program via the Landscape Architecture Work Experience Moodle page.
