This course will present an opportunity for you to develop reading and writing skills in Japanese with a wide variety of text genres. By focusing on language and text organisation of different genre texts, the course will provide you with the challenge to create/write your own text. A wide range of Japanese texts will be presented to explore how language usages differ according to genre. Through genre-based reading of selected texts, you will develop reading skills, and later those skills will be used to write your own Japanese texts. The intention of this course is to further develop your acquisition of advanced skills in writing. This course is taught in Japanese.
