This course in intended for PhD and Masters by research students requiring higher level knowledge in Engineering Mechanics; it is available by application to the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Students undertaking a Masters by coursework degree in Civil Engineering (Program 8338) that desire a higher level of knowledge of engineering mechanics may apply. In this case it is a requirement of entry that a minimum of 12 uoc of specialisation courses in plan 8338 (Structural Engineering) have been completed with a minimum of a credit average achieved.
