Overview

This course focuses on financial institution lending decisions and client credit analysis. Both retail clients and commercial borrowers are considered. Traditional borrower assessment as well as modern credit risk analysis are discussed. Both individual loan performance and portfolio effect are considered to form efficient lending decision.
