Other airline processes are also covered in this course and play important roles in operations. These include operations control, air cargo and punctuality management. General management techniques apply to many of these functional areas. Planning, budgeting, staffing, equipment rostering, and disruption management are generic but in this course, these topics are discussed from the airline’s view.
