Learning Outcomes

1.
Ability to design and implement an original investigation that addresses a significant problem and/or puts forward a significant proposition to advance the knowledge base of a discipline or a cross‐disciplinary field
2.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding and application of research principles, ethics and integrity, and methods appropriate to a discipline or a cross‐disciplinary field
3.
Ability to synthesise complex concepts and express in a logical, articulate form
4.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding and application of academic integrity
5.
Demonstrate a scholarly approach to knowledge generation and an authoritative command of knowledge in a discipline or a cross‐disciplinary field

Capacity to critically evaluate and synthesise existing theoretical knowledge, ideas and practice within the relevant field and generate original knowledge

Communicate knowledge for the education of others, which may include teaching and undergraduate supervision
