The Master of Philosophy is a research degree with a coursework component taken over one year full-time or equivalent. Program Structure
Streams in this program require students to complete 1 research methods course (GSOE9400) and 2 Advanced Disciplinary Knowledge courses. 1 Advanced Disciplinary Knowledge course may be replaced by 1 Disciplinary Knowledge Course, subject to the approval of the Program Authority.
This coursework component of the degree must be completed during the first 4 terms (full-time equivalent) of a student's enrolment in the program.
