Overview

This module provides an overview of the main methods and critical methodologies / perspectives encountered by HDR students in Law (eg doctrinal, quantitative, qualitative, mixed, sociological, economical, philosophical, critical, comparative and historical) in greater depth than in LAWS0007. Students enrolled in the LLM by Research may enrol in this course on an optional basis or as directed by their Supervisors or the DPGR.
