Specialisation Structure

Students must complete 24 UOC.

Prescribed Electives

Students can take up to a maximum of 24 UOC of the following courses.

Students must complete 12UOC of Marine Engineering electives i.e. ZEIT8010 or specialist courses, via cross institutional study, offered through the University of Tasmania or the University of Adelaide. For further information please refer to the course availability tab of the SEIT website.

The remaining 12UOC may be taken from courses in the MSysEng program or, from any other program with the approval of the program coordinator.
