Professional Recognition

Graduates seeking to obtain Tier 1 compliance towards the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Regulatory Guideline 146 and Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) accreditation, must take the following courses: FINS5510, FINS5512, FINS5513, FINS5531, FINS5537, FINS5539, TABL5511 and TABL5901. Tax Agent Service Act (2009)/Tax Practitioners Board’s Tax (Financial) Advisor requirements in commercial law (requires TABL5511) and taxation for financial planners (requires TABL5901).
