Program Structure24 Units of Credit:
Students must complete 24 UOC as a standalone program.
1. Compulsory courses - 12UOC
2. Infectious Diseases elective courses - 6 UOC
3. Prescribed elective courses - 6 UOC
Core Courses
Students must take 12 UOC of the following courses.
Academic Practice: International Students
Students from non-English speaking countries who have not previously completed a degree in Australia or other English speaking country are also required to take the core course PHCM9100 Academic Practice in their first semester. This course is also available to all other students to assist in gaining maximum benefit from their study, particularly if returning to study after a long break. The course is offered at no charge to students and does not contribute to the UOC requirements of the degree.

Domestic students commencing in Term 2 2020 under the Government's COVID-19 Higher Education Relief Package can enrol in a maximum of 4 courses (24 units of credit) across Term 2 and Term 3 2020 at the discounted fee rates.
