Overview

The 7131 Graduate Certificate Program (24 UOC) offers foundational study in the field of Urban Development and Design for non-cognate disciplines .

Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate an understanding of international perspectives relevant to the discipline and the practice in the field of the Built Environment.

Apply enquiry-based learning and ways of thinking to professional and/or highly-skilled work contexts.

Communicate their research, analysis and design ideas related to the Built Environment in a variety of formats to diverse audiences.

Analyse problems or issues, articulate appropriate solutions and justify design solutions to Built Environment in a variety of scales and formats.

Demonstrate a specialised knowledge understanding of the principles related to the Built Environment and their application.

Apply foundation disciplinary principles and practices related to the Built Environment and their application.

Critically evaluate contemporary debates and literatures in the field of Built Environment study.
