Restricted to students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma or Masters programs.This course focuses on the distinctive nature of project management in Defence, the public sector generally and higher corporate levels of the private sector where the project manager is orchestrating (rather than controlling) a political, bureaucratic, technical and contractual environment. The course ranges broadly across key facets of project management, such as quality management, configuration management, risk management and contract management.
