Wills and Estates Practice focuses on the law relevant to drafting wills and administering deceased estates. Course content includes preparing wills using appropriate forms and precedents, administering deceased estates including grant of probate applications, identifying debts and assets, and taking action to resolve wills and estates problems. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
