Criminal Law Practice focuses on the practices and procedures involved in acting for clients in criminal law matters. The course covers the relevant skills, values and competencies for the optional practice area of Criminal Law Practice as prescribed by the Legal Profession Admission Rules 2015, Schedule 2 (Practical legal training … For more content click the Read More button below. Course content includes providing advice to clients, applying for bail, making pleas on behalf of clients, representing a client in minor matters, and assisting to prepare cases for trial. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
