Course content includes providing advice to clients, applying for bail, making pleas on behalf of clients, representing a client in minor matters, and assisting to prepare cases for trial. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
