Course content includes preliminary investigation for a borrower’s proposal, planning transactions and agreements, drafting documents and ensuring legal requirements are met, undertaking due diligence, advising clients, and finalising documentation according to law. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
