Perhaps more than any other discipline, discussion and collaboration are key to ethical decision making, hence active participation in online forums/class tutorials is a critical aspect of this course. Ethics & Law in Public Health satisfies the compulsory requirement for an ethics and law component in tertiary studies for accreditation by the Royal Australasian College of Healthcare Administrators.  

Conditions for Enrolment

Prerequisite: Enrolment in the School of Population Health PG Programs or 7312 or 5512 or 9012 (Forensic Mental Health) or 7431 Vision Impairment.
7431 Vision Impairment students will need to have completed at least 18 UOC and have achieved a minimum WAM of 65.

Additional Enrolment Constraints

Other students will need approval from their program authority and the approval of the course convenor.
