Please note that this course is designed to provide a comprehensive grounding to LLM students who have not undertaken legal study in a Common Law jurisdiction. It is not intended to satisfy the requirements for admission to practice in Australia and cannot be used for credit in the LLB or Juris Doctor programs.
This course is not intended for students holding a Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor qualification from an Australian or common law institution.
