INFS5848 aims to equip you with both theory and practical skills in the management of projects and programmes concerning the development and implementation of business solutions in the information systems context. The course also aims to further your development as a scholar and future business professional. The course will refine your communication skills, improve your time management and team management skills. The course assumes no prior experience in project management, but does assume that you are familiar with the systems development lifecycle and have a good understanding of the processes involved in the development of information systems.
