Overview

This course focuses on advanced concepts, practices and issues in the strategic management of IT. The course covers four key themes. It begins with an exploration of the strategic value of IT, including the role of business-IT alignment in realising that value. Where appropriate, you will also be encouraged to draw from and reflect on your own industry experiences.
