Handbook

In this course you will complete 25 days of clinical placement as part of your workplace learning experiences in either community nutrition (25 days) or food service delivery (25 days) depending on where you were previously placed. You will work with trained supervisors who are accredited practising dietitians at a range of placement sites as organised by UNSW. You will undertake supervised practice in either the delivery of food service management or community nutrition. During your placement, you will develop your competence in specific professional skills that meet the National Competency Standards outlined by the Dietitian’s Australia.
