Overview
This course covers the financial mathematics necessary for analyzing financial and insurance transactions. Key topics include the mathematics of compound interest, the analysis and valuation of annuities, bonds, loans, and derivative securities; yield curves and immunization strategies; and an introduction to stochastic interest rate models and their actuarial applications.
