This course focuses on the ‘lawyering’ skills essential to legal practice. It covers the relevant competencies for lawyer’s skills, problem solving, work management and business skills, prescribed by the Legal Profession Uniform Admission Rules 2015, Schedule 2 (Practical legal training competencies for entry-level lawyers). This course can also be undertaken on a non-award basis.
