The subject Human Capital Analytics provides students with the data analytics knowledge, skills, and competencies to effectively address the coordination and management of people in private, public, and not-for-profit organisations. The course introduces students to the central concepts foundational to effective human capital analytics and builds skills and competencies around the management, analysis and representation of data via hands-on exercises. The subject explores the role of human capital analytics as it applies to assisting decision makers address current and future challenges that organisations face in relation to managing human capital at both a tactical and strategic level.
