Banking and Finance Law is a single session course that explores the law and practice of banking and finance.  The course is of particular relevance to those seeking to build their professional skills in modern banking and finance practice both in Australia and abroad.  Taught primarily by specialist practitioners from King and Wood Mallesons, the course takes a transactional approach to common financing techniques, the law and its practice.  Topics may vary from time to time but include traditional and current financing transactions including securitisation and derivatives, project and infrastructure financing as well as regulatory and insolvency issues in financing transactions.
