This course forms the second component of the master's project. It includes a technical project component and project management component. The course requires students to carry out the project management steps (Proposal, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Reviews, Integration and Testing documentation, Flight Readiness Review... as well as ongoing reviews and documentation) needed to ensure the proper running of the technical project. Therefore, the course gives students practical experience in the satellite project management process.

This is the second part of the research project that students started in ELEC9768 Satellite Engineering Project A.
