Overview

Family Law Practice focuses on family relationship issues and disputes, including parenting and property issues. Course content includes advising on and representing a client in matters relating to children and property, identifying appropriate dispute-resolution processes, and advising clients on pre-action procedures. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
