Overview

Planning and Environmental Law Practice focuses on the law relevant to applications for the development and use of land. Course content includes assessing the merits of a matter and advising a client, preparing planning applications or objections, initiating or responding to environmental claims, representing a client in resolving a planning matter or environmental claim, and implementing outcomes. This course is an elective course for the Graduate Diploma in Legal Professional Practice (GDLPP). Students must be enrolled in the GDLPP to enrol in this course and must have completed PLTX1020 Skills in Practice.
