This course seeks to help students understand what venture capital is, what venture capitalists do, the way venture capital organisations work and why/how they play such a significant role in the economy. This course will alternatively take the perspectives of the venture capitalist and that of the entrepreneur.

Conditions for Enrolment
Prerequisites: Completion of MNGT6321 OR MBAX9123 OR GBAT9123 OR MNGT5221 OR AGSM6321; and MNGT6210 OR MBAX9120 OR GBAT9120 OR MNGT5211 OR AGSM6210; and must be enrolled in MBA Full-Time (8350 or 8351)
