This course examines the core conceptual principles underpinning LPM and gives students hands-on experience in applying them. Through immersive study of:
systems thinking, strategy and organisational designmatter managementinnovation, design thinking and product developmentdata and legal technologyteams and communicationchange management
Aspiring lawyers will gain expertise that will make them more 'work-ready' in a fast-changing profession, while existing lawyers and legal executives will be able to up-skill in an emerging field that is increasingly important in a fast-changing profession.
