Overview

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of workplace conflict and its management, the relevant legislative framework, and practical insights relating to the management of conflict in the workplace through mediation. Prerequisite: Academic Program must be either 9200, 9201, 5740, 9211, 5211, 9225, 9235, 5235, 5231, 9220 or 5750; or enrolment in MNGTUS8625 Law
