Overview

The course is concerned with a building’s relationship to the context of a city’s centre, suburb or landscape. We will learn about by this topic by reading texts, as well as making drawings and models. Students are introduced to a mode of interpreting buildings, which acknowledges their contexts, external forms, … For more content click the Read More button below. Ideas are explored in a series of lectures and seminars. Students may undertake joint and independent research on the inseparable natures of architecture and the city.
