Overview

This course aims to provide an understanding of the ways in which analytics can be used to manage people and change, and also the essential role of people in analytics. Using an evidence-based approach, students will explore the people-related elements of a business's strategy, including stakeholder and people management, power and influence, and working in cross-functional teams. We look at the ways in which data analytics both drives and supports change in organisations. Students will also develop skills in designing and implementing successful organisational change processes.
