Overview

This course aims to provide an understanding of the processes, methods and techniques used to manage software-intensive projects. Although some generic project management concepts will be discussed, this course will focus on the application of those concepts to software-intensive projects.   Topics include: software life cycle processes; software life cycle models; … For more content click the Read More button below. This course does not cover the methods, tools and techniques of the software development process in detail (e.g., OOAD, Programming, etc).  The software development process is examined primarily from a project management’s perspective, e.g., requirements management, not requirements development; software test management, not software testing.
