Overview

This course is designed to introduce students to the basic skills required of an entry level lawyer in a family law practice. Conditions for Enrolment

Prerequisite: Completion of Family Law (JURD7491). Plus, 36 UOC of JD courses for the students enrolled prior to 2013, and 72 UOC of JD courses for the students enrolled after 2013.
